Innovative and multifunctional for many different uses. The forged and machined aircraft aluminium body makes the belay device light with optimal heat dissipation. The Aviator’s removable spring keeps the device from locking when you feed the rope. It also works for belaying seconds off an anchor and can be easily rigged for releasing a load when used off an anchor as well. The Aviator’s unique ergonomic “fin” can be used to modulate speed while lowering or descending.
